Interpretation
The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

- Goods refer to the Miracle Sauna units offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to The Miracle Sauna, accessible from themiraclesauna.com.
- You means the individual accessing the Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Handling Time
Due to the size and nature of the Miracle Sauna, we require 2 business days as handling time to ensure the sauna is securely and properly packed for safe transit.
Shipment processing times
All Orders are dispatched within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days via a reliable freight carrier, depending on your location. If we experience a high volume of orders or if unforeseen delays occur, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses is not available.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Miracle Sauna is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All such charges during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages During Shipping
We take utmost care to package your sauna securely. However, If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with all paperwork within 15 days of arrival.
To assist with your claim:
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
Provide clear photos of the damage.
