Returns

Returning an Item:

  • Items can be returned within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Returned items should be unopened with all original packing intact and no missing pieces. If the item is opened or damaged in any way, it will invalidate the refund claim. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • We will deduct the return shipping cost. Return shipping will be arranged by our shippers and a convenient date for pick-up of the items will be decided with the customer. The customer will not be able to arrange their own shipper. Return shipping costs will differ depending on the delivery location and will be communicated to the customer. These are non-negotiable.
  • Original shipping amount will not be refunded. If the item was “free shipping” or “shipping included,” you will be informed what the amount for shipping was on the original order and this will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The refunded amount will be the total amount paid LESS the original shipping amount LESS the return shipping amount.
  • If the item you have received is damaged upon receipt or is faulty, please contact us at info@themiraclesauna.comwith your order ID/Invoice Number for assistance.
  • After receiving your returned item, you will either receive a credit/ refund or the replacement item you specified.
  • Gift returns are credited to the original purchaser’s payment method.

Cancelling order:

  • No cancellations will be accepted after the sauna is shipped.
  • To request for cancellation, please email to info@themiraclesauna.com with your order ID/Invoice no. and contact number so we may attend to your request promptly.

Replacement:

  • Any damages should be informed within 3 days of delivery. After this period, no claims for missing or parts will be accepted.
  • Any missing or broken parts will be replaced subject to availability.
  • In case of the item not working, we will ask for video evidence and may send an engineer to review. A replacement may be offered upon our review. The 3 day claim period applies.
